Terms of Agreement & Liability:

• The form has to be filled properly.
• To franchise of Seminar center, the franchisor will have to pay a fee of PKR. 150,000.get a receipt, and upload it with the form.
• Payment cash will not be accepted.
• All payments will be made through official bank transactions.
• The franchise fee is non-refundable and non-disputable.
• Payments will be transferred only to the franchise holder’s account, as per our institution’s banking policies.
• The franchise agreement is valid for two years.
• In case the project is discontinued due to unforeseen circumstances (such as political instability or economic crisis), there will be no refund or financial claims.
• The decision of the Executive Director of Koblenz IOS SMC Pvt Ltd, Islamabad, Pakistan, will be final in case of any dispute.
• Under no circumstances will the franchisor be entitled to legal action.
• The form has to be filled properly.
• All Images to be upload in the form should be clean and clear
